Returns and exchanges with a smile

We hope you are happy with your purchase. If not, we are happy to help.

Online purchases

If you wish to return an item, please email hello@madeformecph.com no later than 14 days after receiving it. Remember to include your order number.

We will then email you a return label. Pack the item securely – preferably in the packaging it arrived in – attach the return label and send it back within 14 days.

Once we have received and approved the returned item, we will refund the amount to the payment method used for the purchase. If you paid with a gift card, you will receive a new electronic gift card by email.

For health and hygiene reasons, food and drink products cannot be returned.

Purchases made in our physical shop

Items purchased in our shop can be exchanged for another item within one month upon presentation of the receipt. We do not offer refunds.

Sale items and secondhand items cannot be exchanged or returned.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item is faulty or has been damaged in transit, please contact us. We will, of course, find a solution at no cost to you.
