MOMO MOMO

What started as a kitchen experiment has grown into a small-batch hot sauce company with its own kitchen in Amager, Copenhagen. Founded by Icelandic-Latvian duo Moses and Matiss, MOMO MOMO now pops up at markets, festivals, and parties; collaborating with chefs, bartenders, and artists; and today their sauces are stocked in shops and restaurants all over the city. They also put a serious thought into their design - the sauces should feel inviting, playful and fun - rock’n’roll, but serious about quality.

MOMO MOMO sauces start with bold, unexpected flavour pairings, then add just enough chili to enhance, not overpower. From Blueberry & Earl Grey to Pineapple & Coffee and Pink Grapefruit & Hibiscus, they make flavour exciting, not scary.
